Please read all the terms and conditions set out below. If for any reason you do not agree to abide by these, then you will not be able to use our service.
ThinkMyCaravan is a website for members/ third parties to use and advertise caravans, motorhomes, trailers tents, trailers, static homes and not for any other purpose. Members/ third parties can create an advert by uploading images and content that best describes the item they are trying to sell. The advert once submitted will remain on the website and can be found in the searches. When the advert has been submitted and is listed the member/ third party can edit/ amend their advert (excluding the make or model). When a member/ third party has an interest in your item they will contact you direct and you will deal direct with them. If you have sold or not sold you are in control of the advert and can remove it at any time.
1. ThinkMyCaravan relies on the honesty of the members/ third parties and visitors. We will not be held liable for any loss in viewings, loss in money/profits you may incur.
2. All members/ third parties are held solely responsible for their adverts and they must have 100% consent to upload and use any photos/ content for their adverts. ThinkMyCaravan will not be held responsible for any claims made against the use of photographs that infringe on copyright protection laws.
3. All files that are uploaded by members/ third parties must carry out a virus check before uploading. If a virus is detected on a file that file MUST NOT be uploaded.
4. ThinkMyCaravan will not be held responsible for any viruses that are uploaded by members/third parties.
5. All material and content submitted is the members/ third parties full responsibility, and no claims will be entertained if the website has been misused for other purposes.
6. ThinkMyCaravan will not be held responsible for any scams that may arise from members/ third parties adverts. We advise that you inspect the item yourself and see all documents before paying any money across to the seller.
7. When submitting an advert to ThinkMyCaravan you give full permission for us to display the following
- all photos and content that you upload
- the county you live in
- the town you live in
- your contact number
8. ThinkMyCaravan do not pass on any information to third party companies
9. ThinkMyCaravan will not be held responsible for any phone calls or emails received by other members/ third parties.
10. We do not recommend that members/ third parties put email addresses in their advert. This may result in you receiving spam which ThinkMyCaravan will not be held responsible for.
11. ThinkMyCaravan can not guarantee a good position or first page of your advert in the searches
12. ThinkMyCaravan have the right to remove any advert they deem unacceptable without prior notice to the member/ third party and do not have to provide any reason. No refunds will be given if ThinkMyCaravan think that the website has been misused.
13. ThinkMyCaravan have the right to remove any member/ third party from using their website to advertise. No refunds will be given if ThinkMyCaravan think that the website has been misused.
14. No member/ third party may advertise with weblinks without permission from ThinkMyCaravan. If web links are found they will be removed immediately without notice or reason. If you would like to advertise then please contact us.
15. Once a member/ third party submits an advert no refunds will be given. If a member/ third party does not sell their item and decides to remove it from ThinkMyCaravan they are not entitled to receive any refund.
16. From time to time ThinkMyCaravan may contact you and provide news/offers that they feel you may have an interest in. You may at any time refuse to receive such information. If so please email unsubscribe.
17. As a general rule No refunds are given but may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management, if certian circumstances occur eg. technical problems at no fault of your own.
