Why buy new.
We bought this van in 2008 (Model 470/2) and have spent two weekends in it. The rest of the time it has been stored in our barn under cover. Had planned to use more frequently but work and commitments prevent so might as well sell (someone will get a bargain).
The shower, oven, microwave have never been used and still have packing. The condition is mint.
Lots of extras so you can go immediately - awning (never used), 2 x gas bottles, outdoor matting (never used) waste container, water roll, mains water hook up, radio, battery, wheel & hitch locks, etc.
Non smokers, no pets, no kids - the caravan is immaculate. Recently serviced by main dealer (Wandahome). All paperwork, viewing highly recommended.
